Get Ready for Booksignings!

I'm working on my prep checklist and counting down to two weekends in a row of booksigning events!

First up is the Romance, Mystery & Magic Book Fair this Saturday, March 21 10am - 3pm at the Sly Fox Taphouse's Eight-Twenty Room in Wyomissing, PA. Love romances? We've got that covered. Mysteries? Yep, that, too. Fantasy? Yes! Look at that line-up!

If you're anywhere nearby and you love books, you should stop in to find your next read. You can find additional info here. I can't wait to see everyone!

Then the following week, Saturday, March 28, also from 10am - 3pm, I'll be at the Local Authors Fair hosted by the Manheim Community Library in Manheim, PA!

There will be another good mix of genres here, plus there will be break-out sessions during the event with some of the authors chatting about writing! Again, if you're in the area, I truly hope you'll stop by to see us!

I really did already start my event prep--right after last month's signing, because I needed to restock my books. Checked off a bit more of the list last week, and will wind it up by mid-week so I can load up the car Friday night and hit the road on Saturday morning. I love chatting with readers at these (I still go to events like this as a reader instead of as an author sometimes), so I do hope to see lots of you in the next two weeks if you're in these areas.

Since I've chatted on so long about events this week, I'll skip an excerpt this week. I still have a few weekend chores to knock off my list in addition to the signing checklist, and I also want to get in some reading time later.

Our weather is pretty wild--the wind's been howling for days, and tomorrow we're supposed to be warm enough for severe thunderstorms before temps drop back into the 30s for a couple days. I kinda wish I could stay home and read for a few days. Are you getting in some reading time this week? I'd love to hear about it!
