Happy Dancing

That was what I felt like doing earlier when I finished combing through my page proofs and sent them back to my editor with only four tiny errors to fix before the final formatting is done on Hunting Medusa.  Now I can really dig into my rewrites and revisions for my second Medusa book, with a working title of Protecting Medusa. I love the hero in this one, too, as did one of my critique partners.  I’m hoping you all will love him as well when the time comes, but first I want very much for you to fall in love with Kallan Tassos.  Less than four months until you get the chance to do just that.  Woohoo!

I am not nearly as excited about the return of summer-like weather now that it’s fall.  I liked it much better when it was cool enough for hot tea and long sleeves than this hot, sticky weather we have this week.  Mother Nature should make up her mind, one season or the other.  Maybe going back to work on Medusa #2 with its winter setting will help me cool down.  Except for all those smoking hot scenes.  Hm.  Maybe that isn’t my best plan.  But the story needs work, so I’m going to be diving in, no matter what Mother Nature decides here.

While I’m working on fixing some things in my next manuscript, what do you all have planned for the weekend?
